- • Senior Project Manager responsible for identifying, planning, and managing scope, resources, schedule, budget, and risk to meet goals of large complex projects
- • Lead development of cost-benefit analysis, ROI forecasts, project proposals, charters, risk analysis, schedules, and ensure actual results are tracked
- • Perform scope analysis and lessons learned; develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- • Identify and establish stakeholders and appropriate project governance; secure necessary team resources
- • Clearly communicate roles and expectations to project teams; escalate issues and recommend solutions
- • Create and deliver audience-appropriate information, including presentations and status updates
- • Recognize risk triggers and communicate situations to teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
- • Regularly mentor and act as a resource to other Project Managers

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- • 4+ years leading all aspects of large complex projects
- • 4+ years of experience with standard project management methodology, tools, and/or software packages
- • Demonstrated ability as a core decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues
- • Ability to drive results through informal authority and serve as a consultant to key business partners
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
