Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Project Manager on Caylent’s Cloud Project Management (CPM) team, you will lead high-value, multi-solution cloud engagements that drive client success and technological innovation using AWS. This role is critical to ensuring project delivery excellence, fostering client trust, and mentoring the next generation of project managers in a fully remote, global consulting environment.
• • Day to day, you will own end-to-end project lifecycle management—including backlog, schedule, scope, and budget alignment—while blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies to fit engagement needs. You’ll facilitate multi-workstream roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, communicate with stakeholders across client executives, delivery teams, sales, and leadership, identify upsell opportunities, mentor junior PMs and coordinators, and contribute to CPM initiatives and cross-functional trainings.
