- • Lead high-value client engagements as a Senior Project Manager in Caylent’s Cloud Project Management team, driving project ownership with confidence and blending methodologies to fit complex, multi-solution cloud engagements in a consulting environment.
- • Own end-to-end project delivery including backlog, schedule, scope, and budget alignment; develop multi-workstream roadmaps; facilitate communication and risk mitigation; and identify upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.

- • Mentor Project Coordinators, PMs, and Delivery teams on Agile and project management practices; participate in interviewing PM candidates; lead CPM initiatives; and grow your leadership impact while advancing expertise in AWS, AppDev, and consulting delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a client-facing role
- • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or similar cloud-based certification or experience
- • Experience managing complex, multi-solution projects over $1 million with teams of 5 or more
- • Strong experience with application development (AppDev) project management, including SDLC and Feature/Release management
- • Proven track record of facilitating executive-level stakeholder communications
