📋 Description

• As a Senior Project Manager at Syneos Health, you will lead interdisciplinary clinical research programs, ensuring compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while driving project success from launch to closeout.
• You will act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, managing timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables, while coordinating with project conduct partners and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• You will join a passionate, agile team within Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions division, collaborating with innovators across the drug development continuum to help customers achieve their goals and impact patient progress.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic skills by mentoring junior staff, contributing to business development, and shaping project outcomes that directly influence healthcare advancement and patient outcomes.
