📋 Description

• • The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Operations team at LanguageLine Solutions, responsible for executing localization solutions and workflows, ensuring timely and accurate project completion, and building long-term client relationships while serving as a primary point of contact and mentor to junior project managers.
• • Day-to-day duties include building professional relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing client solutions, supporting sales efforts, managing project schedules, supervising and mentoring Project Managers and Specialists, maintaining business systems like XTRF and LLTS Wiki, arranging linguist assignments, monitoring quality control, tracking project status, and authorizing project sign-offs.
• • LanguageLine Solutions is a global leader in language access services, providing interpretation, translation, and localization solutions to clients across industries; the Operations team drives service delivery excellence and process improvement through cross-functional collaboration and client-centric project management.
• • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and mentoring capabilities, deepen expertise in localization industry workflows and project management methodologies, influence process and quality improvement initiatives, and gain experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to delivery while contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
