- • Senior Project Manager at Sleeper Technologies, Inc. will serve as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and growth teams, driving end-to-end execution of projects that impact tens of millions of sports fans on a rapidly growing fantasy sports and real-money gaming platform.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning multiple concurrent projects from kickoff to launch, tracking scope and dependencies, leading standups and working sessions, contributing to project documentation, coordinating cross-functional rollouts, and leveraging AI tooling to automate routine tasks and increase impact.
- • Sleeper is a lean, passionate, product-driven team backed by top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst, focused on building delightful, fast, and reliable products to redefine sports fan engagement through season-long leagues, pick’em contests, and real-time interactions.
- • In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to shape Sleeper’s project management function from the ground up, work closely with leadership, gain deep cross-functional exposure, and drive high-leverage outcomes that directly influence product launches and user experience at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience with a track record of running multiple complex programs simultaneously in fast-moving consumer tech, gaming, or fintech
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate between engineers, designers, and business stakeholders without losing nuance
- • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball
- • Comfortable working with engineers—able to earn respect, push back on scope or timelines when needed, and remain collaborative under pressure
- • Technically fluent enough to read a PRD, ask informed questions about technical tradeoffs, and use AI tools like Claude Code or Codex daily
- • Passion for sports, gaming, or building consumer products at scale (bonus)
