- • Lead, coordinate, and complete complex healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) projects on time, within budget, and aligned with scope requirements.
- • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring operational and technical feasibility for RCM client integrations and technology implementations.
- • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, task delegation, and activity sequencing to establish realistic schedules and maintain project cadence.
- • Estimate project costs, develop and submit budgets for senior leadership approval, and ensure strict adherence to approved financial parameters throughout project lifecycle.
- • Monitor and manage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, tracking cost, schedule, and team productivity metrics to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and taking proactive measures to minimize impact on deliverables and client outcomes.
- • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work within agreed scope and timeline, maintaining transparent and consistent communication with business owners and stakeholders.
- • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, process maps, spreadsheets, and diagrams to support decision-making and audit readiness.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments and external clients to align technology solutions with operational workflows and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- • Lead and direct the work of project teams, assigning responsibilities based on individual strengths and fostering accountability for project outcomes.
- • Embrace innovation by exploring emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline processes, reduce friction, and enhance patient and client experiences in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- • Travel as required to client sites, temporary offices, or corporate locations to support project execution, stakeholder meetings, and on-site implementation needs.

- • Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process optimization, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing across project teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) project management
- • 4+ years leading RCM client integrations
- • 8+ years of overall program and project management experience
- • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- • Willingness and ability to travel onsite to client or corporate locations as business needs require
- • Demonstrated openness to innovation, including adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve processes
