📋 Description

• • As a Senior Project Manager at Monks, you will lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring ambitious ideas are brought to life on time and on budget while partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem; translate creative ideas into clear roadmaps and timelines; define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, technology, and account teams; drive meetings and communications to keep stakeholders aligned; anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively; manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners; maintain transparent documentation including timelines, status reports, budgets, and key learnings; and identify and implement process improvements to enable creative teams to do their best work.
