You will operate within the Franklin Templeton Technology Project Management Office (PMO), a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-impact projects that support critical business functions, particularly within Investment Management and Front Office Operations, with a special focus on Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
• • Your primary responsibility will be to plan, direct, and execute complex projects, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes and align with the firm's strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive approach to managing multiple projects concurrently across diverse teams and business units, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate intricate organizational structures.
• • You will serve as a key partner to business and technology leaders across the organization, fostering strong collaborative relationships to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality results. This involves understanding stakeholder needs, managing expectations, and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• • A significant aspect of this role includes mentoring and developing other project managers within the team, contributing to the overall strengthening of delivery capabilities across the PMO.
