• • Precision for Medicine is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager, ideally with a strong background in Oncology, to join our dynamic global team. This role is crucial for overseeing full-service clinical trials within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting, driving success from inception to completion.
• • In this pivotal position, you will assume comprehensive oversight of clinical projects, encompassing global and regional Phase I-IV trials, with a primary focus on Oncology, but also extending to Rare Diseases or CNS indications. Your accountability will span the entirety of clinical project delivery, ensuring meticulous oversight of all functional departments and guaranteeing adherence to agreed-upon timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• • Your involvement will be integral across all stages of the study lifecycle. This includes strategic proposal development, accurate costing, compelling bid defenses, and guiding studies through their full cycle to successful completion. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and maintaining strict control over budgets and timelines throughout the project duration.
• • You will collaborate within a cross-functional team, engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. A key aspect of your role will be to champion quality initiatives and provide expert coordination for the study team, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.

• • Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:
• • Independently leading clinical projects in strict accordance with the study budget and defined scope of work. You will leverage your exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to establish and achieve critical objectives in project execution, encompassing both contracted deliverables and financial targets. The opportunity to manage international trials will also be a significant part of your role.
• • Serving as the primary point-of-contact and liaison with clients, delivering unparalleled customer service. This includes active participation in proposal activities and presenting to potential and existing clients.
• • Liaising effectively with Project Teams and senior management at both Precision for Medicine and sponsor organizations, including C-level executives, to ensure alignment and facilitate decision-making.
• • Expertly handling and leading all facets of one or more clinical research trials, ensuring comprehensive management and oversight.
• • Providing total project management for all functional areas, including but not limited to data management, safety monitoring, clinical operations, medical monitoring, and biostatistics, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• • Preparing and delivering concise and informative project status updates for clients and internal management. This involves identifying key deliverables, defining performance metrics for success, and proactively managing escalations.
• • Acting as an active and contributing member of the Project Team, with the overarching goal of driving efficient management and execution of trials.
• • Preparing and meticulously reviewing critical study documentation, such as protocols, project plans, informed consent forms, site contracts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
