• • Precision for Medicine is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager, ideally with extensive Oncology experience, to join our dynamic global team. This role is crucial for overseeing full-service clinical trials within a CRO setting.
• • In this pivotal position, you will assume comprehensive oversight for clinical projects, encompassing global and regional trials across all phases (I-IV), with a primary focus on Oncology, but also open to Rare Diseases or CNS therapeutic areas.
• • You will be accountable for the successful delivery of clinical projects, ensuring meticulous oversight of all functional departments involved, and guaranteeing adherence to agreed-upon timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• • Your involvement will span the entire lifecycle of clinical studies, from the initial stages of proposal strategy development, accurate costing, and compelling bid defense, through to the successful completion of studies.
• • This includes expertly managing client relationships, leading and motivating project teams, and maintaining strict control over project budgets and timelines throughout the trial duration.
• • You will collaborate extensively within a cross-functional team environment, engaging with both internal stakeholders and external partners, consistently driving quality initiatives and coordinating the efforts of the study team.

• • There may be opportunities for you to lead international trials, further expanding your global project management experience.
• • You will serve as the primary point-of-contact and liaison with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and actively participating in proposal development activities and client presentations.
• • You will liaise effectively with Project Teams and senior management within Precision for Medicine, as well as with sponsor representatives, including C-level executives.
• • You will expertly handle and lead all facets of clinical research trials, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure.
• • This includes providing total project management across all functional areas, such as data management, safety monitoring, clinical operations, medical monitoring, biostatistics, and more.
• • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive project status updates to clients and internal management, clearly identifying key deliverables, performance metrics for success, and any necessary escalations.
• • You will act as an active and contributing member of the Project Team, dedicated to ensuring the efficient management and successful execution of trials.
• • You will prepare and review essential study documentation, including protocols, project plans, informed consent forms, site contracts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
