- • Senior Project Manager role focused on leading complex global client programs in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) and life sciences sectors, ensuring delivery of regulator-ready translation, linguistic validation, and localization solutions that support clinical trials and regulatory compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional international teams, developing project plans and budgets, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks, overseeing financial management, preparing client-facing documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for clients while partnering with account management, operations, production, and quality teams.
- • WeLoglobal Inc.’s Welo Life Sciences division is a specialized language and technology partner serving pharmaceutical, CRO, and medical device organizations in regulated global markets, delivering ISO-certified translation and localization solutions within a secure, audit-ready framework to support clinical development and commercialization.
- • The role offers the opportunity to lead strategic enterprise accounts, drive operational excellence and process improvements, build long-term client partnerships, and deepen expertise in regulated healthcare project management while contributing to workflow optimization and best practices across a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field
- • Strong project management experience within a CRO, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment
- • Proven experience managing complex global projects and enterprise-level client accounts
- • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and financial reporting
- • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
- • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
