• • Senior Project Manager - German Speaking role leading a complex Transition & Transformation (T&T) project for a manufacturing client in Northern Germany, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery compliant with contractual agreements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-user service transitions (User Help Desk, Service Management), coaching customer teams on contract-compliant implementation, establishing governance structures, monitoring project milestones and cooperation obligations, managing stakeholder communication and reporting, and collaborating with Monks on commercial and contract change topics.
