- • Lead end-to-end project management for complex hardware and software development initiatives across telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and industrial automation sectors.
- • Collaborate directly with top-tier global clients to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics aligned with their strategic objectives.
- • Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure seamless integration of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and software components.
- • Drive project execution from concept through prototype, testing, and final delivery, maintaining adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable project plans and managing expectations throughout the lifecycle.
- • Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical dependencies, supply chain constraints, and resource allocation challenges, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- • Implement and optimize project management methodologies tailored to the unique demands of hardware-software convergence projects.
- • Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment across global teams.
- • Support innovation by fostering an entrepreneurial environment that encourages new ideas, iterative development, and continuous improvement.
- • Gain exposure to international projects, working with teams and clients across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- • Engage with industry leaders and cutting-edge technologies to stay at the forefront of advancements in IoT, autonomous systems, and next-generation communication platforms.
- • Ensure all project documentation, deliverables, and compliance records are accurately maintained and archived in accordance with company and client standards.
- • Contribute to process improvements in project delivery, including resource planning, estimation accuracy, and risk management frameworks.
- • Mentor junior project staff and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
- • Balance multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities, deadlines, and client expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
- • Participate in client-facing presentations, proposal development, and bid responses to support business growth and new project acquisition.
- • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the project team and across departments.
