• • The Senior Project Manager - Oncology plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers activities for designated clinical study projects to ensure that project objectives of quality, scope, cost, and time are accomplished. This role is critical to the successful execution of oncology-focused clinical trials, directly impacting patient outcomes and advancing precision medicine initiatives.
• • Day to day, the person will serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients, coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors to meet timelines and budgets, manage study budgets and financial health, develop comprehensive project plans with risk mitigation strategies, ensure quality management and eTMF inspection readiness, prepare status updates for clients and senior management, lead internal and client meetings, communicate protocol issues and deviations, implement study-specific training, support business development activities, and provide performance feedback to team members.
