📋 Description
- • Senior Project Manager in Oncology responsible for end-to-end coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of oncology studies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include directing technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects, collaborating with functional leads to identify and resolve issues, interpreting complex data, making sound business decisions, and ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost.
- • Part of a global team of over 3,500 experts at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a midsize CRO dedicated to improving lives through innovative, high-quality clinical research in oncology and other therapeutic areas.
- • Opportunity to develop deep global operational expertise in oncology trials while working alongside scientific and medical leaders, enhancing skills in project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and therapeutic area knowledge in a mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-7 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting
- • University or College degree in Life Science (preferred)
- • Required experience managing oncology trials
- • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and relevant project management software
- • Ability to effectively perform in demanding situations and demonstrate accountability
- • Ability to travel when needed
