  • • Own the full lifecycle of strategic, multi-million-dollar fare-payment programs for public-transport agencies across North America and beyond. You will translate complex business requirements into phased delivery plans, orchestrating engineering, product, operations, and external system-integrator teams to launch Masabi’s cloud-native Justride platform on time and on budget.
  • • Act as the single point of accountability for client executives, agency program directors, and technology partners. You will chair steering committees, run monthly governance boards, and facilitate workshops that align mayors, transit CEOs, and union leaders around shared milestones, risk appetites, and success metrics.
  • • Drive Agile-at-scale delivery using SAFe principles. You will co-lead quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning with our Release Train Engineers, break epics into sprint-ready user stories, and ensure cross-team dependencies are visible and managed in Jira, Azure DevOps, and Planview. You will also coach client teams on backlog grooming, story estimation, and acceptance-criteria definition.
  • • Build and maintain integrated master schedules that span hardware procurement (validators, gates, ticket machines), software releases, data migrations, certification testing, and revenue-service cut-over. You will proactively identify critical-path risks, model schedule compression scenarios, and negotiate trade-offs between scope, cost, and time with finance and commercial stakeholders.
  • • Oversee multi-vendor statement-of-work (SOW) execution, ensuring that system integrators, payment processors, and hardware OEMs deliver against contractual KPIs. You will chair weekly vendor scrum-of-scrums, manage change-order governance, and validate milestone invoices before release.
  • • Champion change-management and user-adoption strategies that move millions of riders from legacy mag-stripe tickets to contactless bank-card or mobile-app payments. You will partner with agency marketing, call-center, and accessibility teams to design training, communications, and pilot rollouts that minimize disruption and maximize rider satisfaction.
  • • Report transparently to Masabi’s Program Leadership Team and external partners. You will craft executive dashboards that track burn-rate, earned value, defect trends, and customer-satisfaction scores. When red flags emerge, you will present mitigation options backed by data, not drama.
  • • Contribute to pre-sales pursuits. Working with Business Development and Solution Architects, you will assess RFP requirements, build high-level work-breakdown structures, and provide ROM estimates that balance client ambition with Masabi’s capacity and margin targets.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement. After every major release, you will facilitate blameless retrospectives, codify lessons learned, and update our delivery playbooks so that the next program runs even smoother.
  • • Represent Masabi at industry forums—APTA, UITP, and Smart-Cities conferences—sharing case studies on open-loop payments, account-based ticketing, and cloud migration in the public sector. Your thought leadership will strengthen our brand and open doors for future partnerships.
