You will act as the central point of contact, orchestrating the efforts of diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and client satisfaction.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous development and management of comprehensive project plans. This involves defining clear timelines, allocating resources effectively, and establishing milestones to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints. You will be expected to proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth project trajectory.

You will work closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand and confirm project goals, scope, and detailed requirements. Your ability to manage client expectations, provide transparent communication, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle will be paramount to the success of each engagement.
- • You will lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, which may include designers, developers, marketers, strategists, and other specialized resources. Regular financial reporting and analysis will be expected.
- • Effective communication is the cornerstone of this role. You will facilitate seamless communication channels between all project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. - • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation is essential. This includes meticulously documenting project plans, detailed requirements, change requests, meeting minutes, and all other project-related artifacts. Ensuring that all project decisions, outcomes, and lessons learned are properly recorded will be a key responsibility.
- • This is a client-facing role, requiring a polished and professional demeanor. You will represent Merkle and dentsu, building trust and rapport with clients, and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and delivery.
- • As a temporary worker, you will integrate seamlessly into existing project teams, bringing your expertise to bear on specific initiatives with a defined start and end date, contributing to critical business objectives during your tenure.
- • You will be expected to work within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone, contributing to projects that require real-time collaboration within this time frame. The role requires you to be US-based and work 40 hours per week, ensuring full dedication to project demands.
