• • Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the implementation of Mobile Video solutions for government and public safety customers, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day duties include developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, preparing status reports for upper management, allocating resources to meet objectives, and communicating directly with customer organizations and internal stakeholders.
