- ā¢ The Senior Proposal Manager ā Pricing role is critical to Worldwide Clinical Trialsā mission of improving lives through innovative clinical research, as it ensures pricing solutions are strategically aligned with operational goals and delivered with excellence to win business in competitive markets.
- ā¢ Day to day, the role involves responding to RFPs and RFIs, developing bids, statements of work, and presentations; reviewing and challenging SME input for pricing accuracy; maintaining pricing metrics for cross-therapeutic consistency; developing commercial strategies for leadership approval; collaborating with Account Directors, Clinical, and Operational teams to integrate pricing into full proposals; managing deadlines through prioritization and scheduling; acting as the central point for pricing data collection; customizing solutions with SMEs; and handling routine and complex inquiries professionally.

- ā¢ In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in CRO pricing strategy, commercial proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration; strengthen analytical and communication skills; gain exposure to global clinical development programs; and position themselves for advancement by demonstrating independent judgment, results-driven execution, and mastery of complex financial and operational processes in a high-pressure environment.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent financial/analytical role with transferable skills
- ā¢ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with moderate-to-advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
- ā¢ Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective prioritization and time management
- ā¢ Ability to compose summaries of complex data for presentation to executive teams in strategic review meetings
- ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and changing environment
- ā¢ Proven ability to build peer relationships and effective teams with demonstrated global and cultural awareness
