  • • As a Senior Public Sector Account Executive at UiPath, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative automation solutions within the Australian Federal Government (FedGov) landscape. This pivotal role demands a strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual who can cultivate and expand UiPath's presence within key government accounts.
  • • Your primary mission is to act as the principal leader and advocate for UiPath within your assigned accounts, taking ownership of overall account growth, customer satisfaction, and ensuring clients achieve tangible value from our cutting-edge automation platform.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, engaging meaningfully with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their strategic objectives and demonstrate how UiPath can empower their digital transformation journeys.
  • • A core responsibility involves developing and meticulously maintaining multi-year strategic account plans for your key accounts. These plans will be designed to not only meet but exceed customer objectives and increase UiPath's share of wallet, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • You will be responsible for accurately forecasting and managing your sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue generation and contributing to UiPath's ambitious company goals.
  • • Operating as the lead point of contact, you will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, ensuring seamless communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with a diverse range of internal UiPath teams, including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing, to enhance customer satisfaction, swiftly address and report any blockers, and orchestrate a truly seamless customer experience.
  • • You will champion a culture of sales excellence, driving the consistent implementation and adoption of UiPath's sales processes, rigorous pipeline management, performance measurement against key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall sales performance.
  • • Building and nurturing a robust network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, government stakeholders, and strategic partners is crucial. This will enhance UiPath's industry mindshare and solidify our reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • • You will maintain a high-level understanding of the Public Sector landscape, including evolving trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that influence the marketplace, allowing you to provide strategic guidance to your clients.
  • • Conducting regular, insightful business reviews with your internal teams will ensure alignment with strategic account plans. You will also coach and mentor these teams to elevate the sophistication and effectiveness of their strategic account planning efforts.
  • • Establishing a monthly and quarterly business review cadence with Key Account Sponsors is essential. This will track progress against stated objectives, identify new opportunities, and successfully position the Key Account as a positive reference account for UiPath.
  • • You will be empowered to drive industry-leading initiatives that significantly influence UiPath's position within the Public Sector, further solidifying our standing as a market leader in automation and digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of combined Sales and Account Management experience, ideally within high-growth tech start-ups, large software vendors, or consulting firms.
  • • 8+ years of dedicated selling and account relationship management experience specifically within the Public Sector, with a strong understanding of government procurement processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • • In-depth technical understanding of the Automation and Digital Transformation market, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • • Proven track record of consultative strategic sales, successfully engaging with C-level prospects and demonstrating a strong background in large account planning and expansion.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively scale communication across all organizational levels.
