Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end quality strategy for Arine’s medication-intelligence SaaS platform, ensuring every release meets the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and performance for the millions of complex patients who rely on our clinical recommendations.
- • Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive automated test framework (API, UI, data pipeline, and ML model validation) that scales with our rapidly growing customer base and supports continuous deployment across multiple cloud environments.
- • Partner directly with product managers, data scientists, clinicians, and engineers to translate complex clinical workflows into precise, risk-based test plans that catch defects before they reach vulnerable patient populations.
- • Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents, translating findings into actionable regression tests and process improvements that prevent recurrence and protect patient safety.
- • Champion a culture of quality across the organization by mentoring junior QA engineers, running test-design workshops, and evangelizing best practices in test-driven development, observability, and chaos engineering.
- • Validate the integrity of petabyte-scale healthcare data feeds (claims, EHR, pharmacy, lab) and the accuracy of machine-learning models that predict adverse drug events, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST controls.
- • Establish SLAs and performance benchmarks for critical user journeys—such as generating a personalized care plan in under 2 seconds—and build automated load, stress, and soak tests to guarantee reliability at scale.
- • Collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform) so that every code change is automatically vetted for functional correctness, security vulnerabilities, and data privacy risks.
- • Drive the adoption of synthetic test data and privacy-preserving techniques that allow realistic testing without exposing PHI, enabling faster iteration while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- • Continuously evaluate and introduce cutting-edge QA tooling—e.g., contract testing with Pact, visual regression with Percy, or model-drift detection with Evidently—to keep Arine at the forefront of healthcare technology excellence.
- • Present quality dashboards and release-readiness metrics to executive leadership, translating technical risk into business impact and influencing roadmap decisions with data-driven insights.
- • Contribute to Arine’s mission of reducing the $528 billion annual cost of medication-related harm by ensuring our platform delivers flawless, life-saving recommendations to clinicians and patients every single day.
