📋 Description

• • Own the entire QA function at Hyperbound—this is a true 0→1 opportunity where you will architect, build, and scale every aspect of quality assurance for the Sales Performance OS that is re-defining how enterprise sales teams operate.
• • Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy covering functional, performance, security, and compliance testing; your blueprint will become the standard against which future hires and processes are measured.
• • Design and maintain automated test suites for both UI and API layers, ensuring that every new feature, integration, and AI-driven workflow ships with bullet-proof reliability and zero regression.
• • Embed QA directly into our GitHub Actions–based CI/CD pipeline, creating gates and feedback loops that allow the engineering team to deploy multiple times per day with complete confidence.
• • Establish monitoring dashboards and alerting systems that surface test failures, performance degradations, and security anomalies in real time, enabling the team to fix issues before customers ever see them.
• • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to guarantee HIPAA and SOC-2 compliance across all releases; you will own the evidence collection, audit trails, and documentation that keep enterprise customers comfortable and auditors happy.
• • Champion a culture of quality across the company—run root-cause analyses, post-mortems, and brown-bag sessions that turn every bug into a learning opportunity and every release into a celebration.
• • Within your first 60 days, deliver automated test coverage for all critical user journeys, integrate QA into CI/CD so that no code reaches production without passing your gates, and demonstrate measurable improvements in release confidence and cycle time.
• • Work side-by-side with the founding team in our South Park HQ five days a week; the pace is intense, the ambiguity is high, and the impact is immediate—perfect for someone who wants to leave fingerprints on a category-defining product.
• • Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to create novel test strategies for LLM-driven features, including prompt stability, hallucination detection, and performance benchmarking under enterprise-scale load.
• • Influence roadmap decisions by providing data-driven quality insights; when you say “ship,” the entire company will know it’s ready.
• • Mentor future QA hires and set the bar for excellence—your code, documentation, and mindset will become the template for Hyperbound’s long-term quality culture.
