- • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright for both UI and API testing across critical applications
- • Create, execute, and optimize performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using K6 to ensure application reliability under varying conditions
- • Integrate automated and performance testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Harness to enable continuous delivery and release readiness
- • Establish repeatable, parameterized performance testing strategies that scale across multiple teams and product lines
- • Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to engineering and product teams
- • Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL and database queries to verify data integrity and system behavior
- • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to align quality and performance requirements with product goals
- • Generate detailed performance reports and metrics to support release decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- • Drive adoption of testing best practices, automation standards, and quality engineering methodologies across the organization
- • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the evolution of the team’s testing and performance engineering practices
- • Assess current automation and performance testing landscapes within the first 15–30 days and deliver measurable improvements
- • Integrate K6 performance tests into existing CI/CD pipelines using Harness to establish automated performance gating
- • Improve the stability, reliability, and maintainability of existing Playwright automation suites
- • Deliver clear, data-driven performance insights to support technical decision-making and executive reporting
- • Contribute to the overall performance testing strategy and quality engineering roadmap in alignment with company objectives
- • Work within Agile development environments to ensure testing activities are synchronized with sprint cycles and delivery timelines
- • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English to ensure alignment on quality expectations and outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, or related software engineering roles
- • Strong expertise with Playwright for UI and API test automation
- • Hands-on experience designing and executing performance testing solutions using K6
- • Hands-on experience integrating automated and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Harness
- • Strong SQL skills and experience performing data validation and backend testing
- • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and automation strategies
