📋 Description

• • As a Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality across a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly for leading nonprofits like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association. Your work will directly impact the reliability, performance, and user experience of a complex product ecosystem used by nonprofit organizations, donors, and partners worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will help product teams define and improve testing strategies across unit, integration, and E2E levels; review test scenarios and automated tests for quality and reliability; analyze defects and flaky tests to drive process improvements; mentor engineers on testing best practices; contribute to shared test frameworks and tooling; and collaborate cross-functionally to prevent production incidents and reduce technical debt without writing team-specific tests regularly.
• • You will join a distributed engineering team of 80+ engineers within a 160+ product organization, primarily based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. The team values deep technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, thoughtful collaboration, and a product-first mindset, operating with flat structure and strong engineering practices despite its scale.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in quality enablement at scale, influence testing culture across multiple teams, gain hands-on experience with modern full-stack technologies (TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Node.js/NestJS, MongoDB, Kafka, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch), and grow as a technical leader who shapes quality through processes, mentorship, and engineering influence rather than just test execution.
