Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack)

📋 Description

• • As a Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will serve as a quality enabler across the organization, driving improvements in testing strategies, automation, and engineering practices to ensure high product reliability and reduce technical debt.
• • Day to day, you will help product teams define and improve testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), review test scenarios and automated tests, analyze defects and flaky tests, contribute to test frameworks and shared tooling, mentor teams on testing best practices, and collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure test automation does not hinder CI performance.
• • You will join a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers, primarily based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, where deep technical curiosity, mentorship, and product-minded engineering are valued.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in influencing quality at scale, shaping testing culture across multiple teams, contributing to shared automation infrastructure, and gaining deep exposure to a modern full-stack TypeScript-based platform using Node.js, React, Vue.js, Kafka, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
