- • Your responsibilities will encompass leading the development of quality attributes and requirements for testing initiatives, potentially providing crucial technical assistance to the team. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining robust automation and test scripts, primarily utilizing Java and Selenium, to support our large-scale web applications and Chrome extension, which operate on a complex architecture and handle intricate business logic.
- • A significant part of your role will involve devising comprehensive testing strategies to guarantee the stability and reliability of our applications. This includes designing and executing test plans that cover functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring that new features are seamlessly integrated and existing functionalities remain robust.
- • You will be responsible for testing and automating full feature releases, operating with a high degree of autonomy and requiring minimal supervision. This involves identifying potential issues early in the development cycle, collaborating closely with developers to resolve them, and ensuring that all releases meet our stringent quality benchmarks.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in integration testing with third-party systems, including popular CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience supporting and testing highly-available, scalable, modern web applications and Chrome extensions using Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- • Proven experience creating and maintaining automation and test scripts in Java and Selenium.
- • Experience with API testing and integration testing with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot).
- • Ability to perform complex manual testing and continuously track/identify bugs, building and maintaining QA trackers.
- • Deep experience supporting/testing the design, development, and implementation of scalable and performant web services.
- • Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a small, entrepreneurial team.
