Senior QA Generalist

📋 Description

• • Senior QA Generalist role at Willow Health, Inc., a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight loss care, where you will champion quality across the full spectrum — from manual exploratory testing to building scalable automation frameworks — ensuring every feature meets the highest standards before release.
• • Day to day, you will design and execute test plans for web and mobile applications, perform functional/regression/smoke/UAT testing, identify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, build and maintain automated tests using WebdriverIO and TypeScript/JavaScript, implement Page Object Model and reusable components, handle complex scenarios like iFrames and async operations, develop API tests within the automation framework, integrate scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI), analyze results, maintain quality gates, define and track QA metrics, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, conduct code reviews for automation, mentor junior QA members, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling.
