- • The Senior Qualified Success Architect will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers, playing a critical role in driving customer success and product adoption within the Salesforce ecosystem following its acquisition.
- • Day to day, the role involves delivering and leading customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework, interfacing with Enterprise Architects to define optimal technical architecture, documenting technical requirements for the Qualified Data Model, establishing consultative relationships with client business units, providing coaching and education on Conversational Marketing, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying successful customers for advocacy, engaging in internal product discussions to shape the roadmap, and performing executive analysis of customer health scores to meet renewal targets.
- • The role sits within Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans and agents drive customer success together. As part of the Qualified team now integrated into Salesforce, the architect will work at the forefront of AI-driven sales and marketing technology, contributing to workforce transformation in the agentic era with a focus on innovation, trust, and core values.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, and customer success strategy while developing advanced skills in conversational marketing, Salesforce CRM integration, marketing automation, and product-led growth. They will achieve measurable impact through improved customer health scores, renewal rates, and advocacy, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and business strategy.
