- • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for all SkyGrid products, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ARP-4754, RTCA DO-178C, and DO-254.
- • Collaborate with the Engineering and Program organizations to define and enforce operating procedures and working instructions.
- • Assess adherence to quality processes and guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- • Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with AS9100D, AS9100, or ISO900 standards.
- • Work closely with the Director of Assurance to develop and implement quality strategies and initiatives.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Program, and Quality teams.
- • Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in quality assurance.
- • Participate in the development and implementation of quality-related training programs.
- • Collaborate with the Engineering and Program organizations to identify and implement process improvements.
- • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track quality performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or quality assurance.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on systems and software quality assurance.
- • Expert knowledge of quality processes and guidelines, including ARP-4754, RTCA DO-178C, and DO-254.
- • Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) associated standards such as AS9100D, AS9100, or ISO900.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
