- • As a Senior Quality Engineer - SDET at OneTrust, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading the software testing strategy for the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, ensuring data is trusted and innovation is accelerated through robust quality practices.
- • Day to day, you will provide technical leadership to the SDET team, design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, collaborate with development and QE teams to integrate testing into the SDLC, mentor junior engineers, execute and analyze test results, and participate in POCs to keep automation current with evolving technologies including cloud, AI, and mobile testing.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (Azure), mobile testing (Appium), and AI/ML-integrated testing, while growing as a technical leader mentoring a team and influencing product quality at scale in a fast‑growing, innovative enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field
- • 4+ years of experience coding in Java with strong practical knowledge of OOPs and Core Java principles
- • 4+ years of experience with Selenium or Cypress for GUI and end‑to‑end test automation
- • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Circle CI, Azure DevOps) and creating test pipelines using Java or Groovy
- • 3+ years of experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure, with exposure to services like VMs, Kubernetes, Redis, and Storage
- • Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with ability to mentor others and collaborate across geographically distributed teams
