📋 Description

• As a Principal SDET at OneTrust, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to the SDET team, shaping and leading the software testing strategy to ensure the quality and reliability of software products in a mission-driven organization focused on responsible data and AI use.
• You will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, collaborate with development and QE teams to integrate testing into the software lifecycle, mentor junior SDETs, conduct training, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning while executing test plans and analyzing results to improve product quality.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies (especially Azure), and performance testing, while growing as a technical leader mentoring a team and influencing testing strategy across geographically distributed teams in the US, Canada, and India.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical or business field
• 10+ years of relevant experience as a developer, automation engineer, or SDET
• 8+ years of experience coding in Java with strong practical knowledge of OOPs and Core Java principles
• 4+ years of experience with Test-Driven Development or BDD using tools like Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG
• 4+ years of experience with Selenium or Cypress for GUI and E2E test automation
• 3+ years of experience working in a cloud shop, preferably Azure, with exposure to Azure services such as Gateways, Redis, Storage, VMs, and Kubernetes clusters
