- • As a Senior Recruiter at Hone Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization by owning full-cycle recruiting for non-technical functions including Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity through science-backed wellness solutions.
- • You will report to the Director of People Ops and serve as a strategic partner to functional leaders, building talent pipelines, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and helping Hone attract and close exceptional talent in a competitive market while embodying the company’s core values of fighting for the customer, executing ruthlessly, communicating candidly, collaborating selflessly, practicing calculated risk-taking, and maximizing joy and gratitude.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance for roles across Marketing (Brand, Content, Conversion, Performance/Growth), Customer Service, Operations, and Finance; partnering closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring bar; developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels to build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates; driving a structured, consistent interview process aligned with Hone’s values to set candidates and hiring managers up for success; negotiating and extending offers in partnership with hiring managers and People Ops, coordinating with legal and compensation stakeholders as needed; maintaining clean, accurate data in Greenhouse ATS to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and report on key recruiting metrics; contributing to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that differentiate Hone in the talent marketplace; and helping build and refine recruiting infrastructure through process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks as the company scales.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-cycle recruiting for non-technical functions, particularly in digital marketing and healthtech, while developing strategic partnership skills with cross-functional leaders, gaining experience in scaling recruiting processes in a fast-paced startup environment, and enhancing your ability to use data-driven insights from Greenhouse to optimize hiring outcomes—positioning you for growth into senior talent acquisition or People Ops leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of closing candidates in marketing, customer service, operations, or finance functions
- • At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience specifically for digital marketing roles, including Brand Marketing, Conversion, and Growth Marketing
- • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
- • Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine is preferred
- • Ability to manage a dynamic, shifting requisition load in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
