- • Senior Recruiter at Tremendous Inc., responsible for owning the full-cycle hiring process to build an exceptional team across technical and non-technical roles, directly partnering with leadership on talent strategy to ensure the right people are hired, not just seats filled.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing high-caliber candidates using deep market knowledge, conducting initial screens, coordinating interview processes, refining role requirements with leaders, making strategic talent acquisition recommendations, and managing sourcing volume to maintain healthy talent pipelines.
- • Tremendous is a profitable, fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting company trusted by 20,000+ organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver global payouts; the culture emphasizes efficiency, flexibility, and fulfillment with minimal meetings and maximum impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic talent acquisition, refine your ability to assess candidate success beyond resumes, gain experience partnering with executive leadership on hiring strategy, and contribute to building a world-class team during a phase of sustainable global growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth-stage startups
- • Analytical mindset and data fluency with proficiency in recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
- • Deep tech industry knowledge, especially in early-stage environments, and comfort leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- • Strong written communication skills essential for thriving in a high-documentation, low-meeting remote culture
