📋 Description

• • Source and hire across all teams, owning full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) as business needs evolve.
• • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, calibrate on talent standards, and identify the best-fit candidates for each opening.
• • Manage 10–15 active job requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experience, velocity, and adherence to SLAs.
• • Conduct independent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, employee referrals, events, and AI-augmented search tools to surface both active and passive talent competitors overlook.
• • Build and maintain high-volume pipelines of qualified candidates through a blend of inbound funnel management and proactive outbound outreach to passive candidates.
• • Drive timely and thorough candidate screening, ensuring every applicant receives consistent, well-scoped evaluations and timely communication at every stage of the hiring funnel.
• • Own the end-to-end offer process, including collaboration with Compensation teams and Hiring Managers to extend offers, negotiate terms, and close candidates with confidence.
• • Maintain strict applicant tracking system (ATS) hygiene, ensuring accurate data entry, clean records, and reliable pipeline reporting to inform hiring decisions and measure funnel health.
• • Leverage AI-powered sourcing, outreach, and screening tools (e.g., LinkedIn AI Recruiter, Gem) to enhance search efficiency and personalize candidate engagement.
• • Develop and test innovative sourcing channels, outreach strategies, and AI-assisted workflows to expand the top of the funnel and attract underrepresented talent.
• • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting by implementing methods that broaden access to underrepresented groups and foster equitable hiring practices.
• • Use pipeline data and hiring metrics to report on key outcomes including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• • Operate fluently in Ashby (strongly preferred) or similar ATS platforms, configuring workflows, pulling reports, and ensuring the system serves as the single source of truth for all recruiting operations.
• • Represent Sift compellingly to candidates, communicating the company’s mission, culture, and values to attract top-tier talent in fraud detection, trust & safety, and SaaS.
• • Participate in the full interview process, including virtual onsite loops featuring sourcing exercises, cross-functional partner interviews, ATS deep-dives, and values-based conversations.
