- • As a Senior Recruiter at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization by attracting and hiring top-tier talent across technical and business functions, directly supporting the company’s mission to build and orchestrate AI workforces for global enterprises.
- • You will partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on scorecards, enabling fast, high-quality hiring decisions that drive organizational growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles — from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing — ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage.
- • You will build and manage robust talent pipelines across engineering, go-to-market (GTM), operations, and other functions, leveraging creative sourcing strategies and multiple channels to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- • You will continuously iterate on recruiting tactics, including outreach methods, sourcing channels, and interview processes, to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of the hiring function.
- • You will design and implement scalable recruiting systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms to enhance transparency, predictability, and operational efficiency across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- • You will actively contribute to employer branding efforts by representing HappyRobot on LinkedIn, at industry events, and through employee referral programs, helping to amplify the company’s reputation as an innovative AI leader.
- • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and urgency in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, making sound judgments and taking initiative to unblock hiring bottlenecks without waiting for direction.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- • Proven experience hiring across both technical and business functions (e.g., engineering, GTM, operations)
- • Strong sourcing skills with creativity and persistence in identifying and engaging top talent
- • Ability to own recruiting processes end-to-end with minimal oversight and drive results independently
- • Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
- • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments
- • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- • Passion for building teams from the ground up in innovative, impact-driven organizations
