📋 Description

• • As the first Senior Recruiter in Australia for Whatnot, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for Business and Technical roles across APAC, playing a pivotal role in building the company’s founding teams in Australia and Japan and establishing the regional hiring blueprint.
• • Day to day, you will partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, source talent through creative channels beyond LinkedIn, manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer, juggle multiple role pipelines, refine job posts and interview rubrics, iterate on candidate feedback, mentor peers, build scalable recruiting processes, and champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
