📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea’s 10 engineering teams, owning sourcing, pipeline management, hiring process, and candidate experience from start to finish.
- • Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London’s highly competitive market, with a focus on passive candidates who are not actively seeking new roles.
- • Build and maintain a warm, ongoing pipeline of engineering talent by leveraging deep knowledge of London’s engineering ecosystem and market dynamics.
- • Shape and champion Omnea’s engineering employer value proposition (EVP) to attract top-tier talent aligned with the company’s mission and culture.
- • Partner directly with engineering leadership to define and uphold high hiring standards, ensuring quality is maintained as the team scales rapidly.
- • Design and refine the engineering hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without compromising on candidate quality or cultural fit.
- • Think creatively about Omnea’s employer brand presence to candidates through content, community engagement, and targeted events.
- • Own and analyze key pipeline metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
- • Work closely with engineering managers to understand team-specific needs and translate them into targeted recruitment strategies.
- • Represent Omnea at engineering events, meetups, and networks in London to strengthen brand visibility and candidate interest.
- • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness at every touchpoint.
- • Collaborate with the Head of Talent, CFO, and COO during final interview stages to align on strategic hires and cultural fit.
- • Contribute actively to the development and communication of Omnea’s engineering culture and values to prospective candidates.
- • Operate with full autonomy over the hiring process, making independent decisions on candidate evaluation and process adjustments.
- • Ensure all hiring activities align with Omnea’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from underrepresented backgrounds.
- • Stay informed on trends in engineering recruitment, compensation benchmarks, and emerging talent pools in London’s tech sector.
- • Use AI note-takers during interviews to enhance focus and accuracy, unless explicitly opted out by the candidate.
- • Work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Omnea’s London office, as required by the company’s hybrid work policy.
- • Maintain strict adherence to deterministic rejection criteria for applicants who do not meet hard-specified requirements such as in-office attendance or location eligibility.
