- • Senior Recruiter specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles including sales, sales engineering, marketing, and customer success at Astronomer, Inc., a leader in DataOps powered by Apache Airflow® serving over 800 global enterprises.
- • Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM positions from sourcing through offer negotiation, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract top-tier talent.
- • Collaborate with Revenue leadership on workforce planning, refine internal recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience, and leverage market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and industry trends.
- • Build expertise in GTM talent acquisition, influence hiring strategy at a high-growth SaaS company, and contribute to scaling teams that drive mission-critical data and AI initiatives.
