📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter, GTM role focused on building the talent engine for a category-defining AI company that deploys multimodal Superhumans for revenue teams
• Own end-to-end hiring for senior GTM roles including AEs, RevOps leaders, CSMs, and GTM executives, partnering directly with the executive team to shape hiring strategy and scale the company from breakout to category leader
• Build and improve the recruiting process from the ground up, establishing ATS, scorecards, calibration mechanisms, and reporting cadence while verifying candidate attainment through rigorous debriefs and deal walk-throughs
• Leverage a strong network in high-growth startup GTM talent to identify and convert candidates before the market, selling the mission and product with the rigor of a top AE while acting as a culture carrier for 1mind

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience with proven success hiring senior AEs, RevOps, CSMs, and GTM leaders
• Active, current network in high-growth startup GTM circles that can be tapped immediately for candidate sourcing
• Experience as a first-in or early recruiter at a startup, having built recruiting infrastructure (ATS, scorecards, calibration, reporting) from zero
• Demonstrated ability to assess GTM talent across different stages and motions (early-stage vs. enterprise, PLG vs. sales-led, founder-led vs. mature ops)
• Strong AI fluency with daily use of modern AI tools as a force multiplier in recruiting workflows
