🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
- • Strong experience hiring for business/GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, or Business Operations
- • Ability and willingness to support technical hiring when needed
- • Proven track record of influencing hiring decisions and closing high-quality candidates in competitive markets
- • Experience using data and funnel metrics to inform recruiting decisions and improve outcomes
- • Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes and workflows
