- • Senior Recruiter for Product & Data Science at Socure Inc., responsible for owning high-impact hiring for critical technical roles in Product and Data Science, partnering with leadership to build world-class teams in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment focused on eliminating identity fraud through AI and machine learning.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include running full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, building tailored sourcing strategies for Product and Data Science talent, advising senior leaders on talent decisions, enhancing candidate and stakeholder experience, maintaining TA system data integrity, improving recruiting processes, mentoring teammates, and reinforcing Socure’s core values of Velocity, Ownership, Influence, Output, and Trust.
- • Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts; the company serves large enterprises, governments, and millions of people daily, with a mission-driven culture that values critical thinking, ownership, and precision in solving complex customer problems.
- • In this role, you will learn to navigate high-growth SaaS recruiting at a pre-IPO stage, deepen expertise in technical hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, and platform product roles, influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights, and help shape a high-accountability talent acquisition culture while advancing your impact as a senior individual contributor.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
- • Proven success hiring senior and staff-level Product Managers and/or Data Scientists, including technical PMs, GTM PMs, platform PMs, and AI/ML professionals in emerging areas like GenAI and agentic AI
- • Experience partnering directly with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders in high-growth SaaS or tech environments, ideally late-stage or pre-IPO
- • Strong sourcing fundamentals and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Workday
- • Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while using data and analytics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement
