📋 Description
- • Senior Recruiter role focused on building talent pipelines for Directive Consulting’s Digital Marketing teams in Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation, and Programmatic, playing a critical role in sourcing top performance marketing talent to support the company’s growth across its Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions.
- • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, conduct in-depth interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, and maintain consistent communication with hiring managers on pipeline health and market trends.
- • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team under the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to drive inclusive recruiting practices, build diverse candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company values.
- • Develop expertise in performance marketing recruitment, master advanced sourcing techniques and ATS tools, and contribute to hiring strategy while achieving metrics like Time to Fill under 30 days for 7–10 concurrent requisitions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within a performance marketing agency.
- • Proven experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, or related digital marketing functions.
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox is a plus.
- • Ability to create targeted sourcing plans using Boolean search, sourcing databases, networking, market research, and industry outreach.
- • Experience recruiting across multiple markets including Mexico, Canada, the UK, and the US.
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage 7–10 requisitions simultaneously while meeting performance metrics.
