  • • This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to play a pivotal role in building and scaling our global talent acquisition function from its inception. You will be instrumental in establishing our presence across the USA, India, EU, and LATAM, taking ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle and shaping the future of how DualEntry hires.   • • As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing DualEntry's comprehensive recruiting strategy. This involves identifying and attracting top-tier talent across critical areas such as Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, and leadership positions. You will be a key partner to our Founders and hiring managers, collaborating closely to define precise role requirements, develop ideal candidate profiles, design effective technical assessments, and articulate our unique market positioning to potential hires.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve mastering the art of candidate engagement and closing. You will employ creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and secure exceptional candidates in highly competitive global talent markets. This requires a proactive and innovative approach to talent acquisition, going beyond traditional methods to uncover hidden gems.
  • • You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, extending offers, and successfully closing candidates. This hands-on approach ensures a deep understanding of each role and candidate, allowing for a more personalized and effective hiring experience.
  • • A core focus will be on establishing and continuously refining the candidate experience. Every interaction a candidate has with DualEntry, from the first outreach to the final offer, must reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence and our company culture. This includes ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional and engaging interview process.
  • • You will be tasked with building and managing a robust, repeatable recruiting process. This includes developing effective pipeline reporting and implementing analytics to track key metrics, identify successful sourcing channels, and continuously optimize our recruitment efforts. Data-driven decision-making will be crucial for identifying what works and scaling our hiring effectively.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in defining and building our employer brand and candidate pitch. This involves crafting compelling narratives that showcase DualEntry's unique value proposition, our ambitious mission, and the exciting opportunities for growth and impact available to our team members.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-growth startup environments.
  • • Proven expertise in creative and proactive candidate sourcing strategies to attract talent beyond inbound applications.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale recruiting functions from the ground up, including establishing candidate experience systems and ATS workflows.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify profitable talent sources and manage recruitment activities against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • • High agency, hardcore work ethic, and a practical, high-speed recruitment approach.
