- • As a Senior Recruiter, Technical at 1Mind Inc., you will own end-to-end hiring for critical engineering roles including AI/ML researchers, senior infra engineers, fullstack ICs, and engineering leadership, directly shaping the talent foundation of a category-defining AI company.
- • You will build and convert talent pipelines primarily from your personal network, partner with executives and hiring managers to define role scope and calibrate hiring bars, and sell candidates on the mission and technical depth of the team with the rigor of a top account executive.
- • You will join a fast-moving, high-leverage environment where you’ll design and continuously improve the technical recruiting process from scratch — including ATS setup, scorecards, interview kits, calibration mechanisms, and reporting cadence — while acting as a culture carrier in the broader engineering and AI talent market.
- • This role offers the opportunity to scale engineering teams 5-10x over 1-2 years, set the bar for technical talent across the company, and gain deep visibility and impact by helping define a new AI-driven go-to-market category from the ground up.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with proven success hiring senior engineers, AI/ML researchers, and engineering leaders globally
- • Demonstrated track record placing senior technical talent at frontier AI labs or rapidly scaling AI-native companies
- • Active, current network in AI engineering and senior infrastructure circles that can be leveraged immediately
- • Experience as a first-in or early recruiter at a high-growth startup, having built recruiting infrastructure (ATS, scorecards, calibration, reporting) from zero
- • Experience growing engineering teams 5-10x over 1-2 years
- • Operates with GTM-style rigor: pipeline discipline, conviction, urgency, and obsession with conversion
- • Deep AI fluency — regularly uses modern AI tools as a force multiplier and maintains credibility in technical conversations with engineers
