- • As a Technical Account Manager for Stripe Terminal, you will partner with Technical Account Managers to deliver focused, technical engagements for customers adopting or scaling in-person payments, helping them move quickly from evaluation to reliable in-store acceptance while surfacing learnings back to Product and Support.
- • Day to day, you will run focused technical engagements for assigned Terminal customers—including pilots, rollouts, SDK/hardware onboarding, and targeted troubleshooting—serve as a technical augment to TAMs and Account teams, guide customers through reader provisioning, pairing, SDK integration patterns, and cloud API usage, diagnose and resolve in-person payment issues, produce customer-facing artifacts like integration checklists and runbooks, work with Support, Operations, and Product to surface recurring issues, lead technical calls and demo sessions, and hand off longer-term requests to owning teams with clear next-step plans.
- • You will join Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform used by millions of companies worldwide—from startups to the largest enterprises—to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate business opportunities, with a mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in in-person payments hardware and SDK integrations, sharpen your client-facing technical consulting skills, contribute to product and documentation improvements through real-world customer feedback, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Product, Support, and Operations teams while working on high-impact, short-term engagements that drive customer success.
