- • Senior Recruiter role focused on leading recruitment strategies to support organizational growth and workforce planning at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO dedicated to improving lives through innovative clinical research.
- • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance, partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain compliance records, support onboarding, manage vendor relationships, analyze recruiting data, and mentor junior team members.
- • Part of a global team of over 3,500 experts at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a midsize CRO committed to diversity, inclusion, and enabling professionals to succeed while improving patient outcomes through pioneering approaches.
- • Opportunity to strengthen employer brand, develop expertise in clinical research talent acquisition, lead process improvements, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to meaningful work that impacts global health outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- • Demonstrated core competencies including communication, organization, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience working within Workday ATS is a plus
