- • Senior Regional Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled trades roles including maintenance technicians, ammonia and Freon refrigeration specialists, and facility support talent across multiple sites.
- • Day-to-day activities include owning full-cycle recruitment, partnering with operations leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, building targeted sourcing strategies for passive talent, driving high-touch candidate experiences, leading intake and calibration sessions, developing talent pipelines, representing the company at hiring events and job fairs, and tracking recruiting performance to optimize strategies.
- • Onelineage Inc. (operating as Lineage) is a company focused on mission-critical operations where skilled trades talent directly supports operational uptime and safety; the role is remote with up to 10% travel and based in Novi, MI (Humboldt Drive).
- • The person can learn and achieve mastery in niche skilled trades markets, become a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on talent strategy, elevate recruiting practices through market insights, and play a key role in filling hard-to-fill roles that others struggle to close, with clear career progression opportunities within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on skilled trades, maintenance, or industrial hiring
- • Demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill roles such as refrigeration technicians, ammonia operators, or facility maintenance professionals
- • Proven ability to source passive candidates using creative, non-traditional approaches
- • Experience partnering with operations leaders in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- • Strong working knowledge of ATS/CRM systems (Workday or similar preferred)
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence and build trust quickly
