• • Senior Regulatory Counsel responsible for regulatory matters across the Americas region, ensuring Airwallex can scale its payments and financial services platform while maintaining compliance with evolving regulations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on licensing, money transmission, and financial services regulations; monitoring regulatory trends; partnering with product, compliance, and risk teams; supporting market expansion; managing external counsel; leveraging AI tools; preparing regulatory filings; and engaging with government relations to shape policy.
• • Part of the Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team, a global group of legal and risk experts dedicated to safeguarding operations, fostering ethical conduct, and navigating complex financial landscapes with integrity across 26 offices and over 2,000 employees worldwide.
