- • This pivotal role is accountable for spearheading all facets of business development and comprehensive relationship management within a designated geographic territory, with a strong preference for Northern California, specifically Fresno or Bakersfield, or closely surrounding areas.
- • You will be instrumental in driving financial performance through the strategic growth of profitable cash management and deposit accounts, the cultivation of high-quality credit relationships, and the delivery of expert strategic advisory services.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the client's Trusted Financial Advisor and Business Partner, embodying the role of the Commercial Banking client "expert" and serving as the main liaison for the majority of client-related inquiries and needs.
- • You will lead and execute a focused growth strategy, actively engaging in business development efforts by cultivating and maintaining a deep, holistic understanding of each client's or prospect's business operations and the broader agricultural industry landscape.
- • This role involves managing complex strategic issues for clients, including but not limited to capital raising initiatives, navigating regulatory compliance landscapes, facilitating ownership transition planning, advising on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and optimizing revenue cycle management.

- • You will actively contribute to the strategic planning processes and key initiatives of the commercial banking team, helping to shape the future direction of our agribusiness segment.
- • Your objective will be to maximize the profitability of your assigned portfolio by effectively articulating and selling the distinct value proposition that KeyBank offers to its clients.
- • You will perform other duties as assigned, understanding that responsibilities and activities may evolve over time to meet business needs.
